Jamie Russell
Jamie was a international High Jumper with a PB of 2m19 at the age of 19 but due to injuries had to stop competing.
Luckily Jamie is multi talented being able to run sub 50s for 400m and Long Jump close to 7 metres.
Although in his early 20's Jamie has been competing since he was 9.
Jamie also spent some time on a athletic scholarship in the United States where he won the indoor and outdoor national junior college championships in the high jump. Jamie was also part of the 4x400m
relay squad that finished 5th running a 48.80 leg.
