Howard Wood
Howard is in the last year of school and started working with us on Saturdays last year. Howard is more of a distance runner and is more likely to concentrate on the half and full marathons when he is old enough to. Howard as run 29.51 for 5 miles. Howard also competes on track but prefers road running. Howard had a great season last year and has improved his p.b's for 800, 1500m and 3000m remarkably. Howard has started of 2008 season setting p.b's and its only the beginning. Keep up the good work Howard and KEEP ON RUNNING.
