Alan Man
Alan is a sprinter concentrating on 100/200 metres, with the occasional foray into the 400 metres.
He is the former Northern Counties under 20 100/200 metres title holder and is still and active athlete.
Alan as personnel best times of 10.9 and 21.9 set as a youngster and also managed a few sub 50 seconds relay splits.
Alan recently won the 100m, 200m and 400m and the south Yorkshire Championships for his age group (40) respectively with the 200m and 400m being championship records.
Alan Followed up his South Yorkshire success with another three wins in the Yorkshire Championships last weekend.
Alan started 2007 season with an outing at the Rotherham open meeting Sunday 1st April
He was first in his age group in a time of 11.90 seconds.
Yorkshire Senior Championships 12th May 100m 12.20 -1.8wind 7th palce.
Again another good season for Alan who like Jamie is well into his winter work and hopes to make a few indoor races before getting ready for another outdoor season where he hope to keep his titles from this year.
